Orlando, FL – September 15, 2011… The National Football
League achieved its second consecutive A grade on racial hiring practices and its second consecutive C on gender hiring practices in the 2011 NFL Racial and Gender Report Card, released by The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport (TIDES) at the University of Central Florida (UCF). This gave the NFL a combined B grade.

The NFL’s score for race decreased slightly from 90.6 in the previous report to 90.4 points out of 100. The score for gender increased slightly from 69.5 to 69.6.
