The NCAS at the Pentagon!

For several years, the NCAS’ Jeff O’Brien has served as a subject matter expert regarding sexual assault and bystander intervention for the US military.  In January 2013, O’Brien traveled to the Pentagon to participate in meetings with the Air Force.
