Recently, Lamar Lee and Robert Weathers, of the NCAS, let student-athletes at Coppin State University in a variety of exercises that explored personal and institutional perspectives concerning diversity. The NCAS is the primary provider of diversity training for the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Check it out!
